Our herd of approximately 150-200 Brahman cattle forms an integral part of our farm's sustainable ecosystem. Embracing regenerative farming practices, we prioritize the health of our land and animals.

Our cattle are strategically rotated through temporary grazing camps every few weeks, allowing pastures to recover and thrive. This method not only provides our cattle with fresh forage but also naturally enriches the soil, contributing to a more resilient and productive farm. This careful management ensures the well-being of our herd and lays the foundation for high-quality, naturally raised beef.

Harvesting Nature's Butter in Our Orchard.

Spanning just under 30 hectares, our pecan orchard is a testament to long-term investment and natural abundance. Home to nearly 3000 pecan trees, we eagerly anticipate the annual harvest, typically occurring in May.

These remarkable nuts are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, offering a healthy and flavorful addition to any diet. Our commitment to nurturing these trees ensures a consistent yield of high-quality pecans, a true highlight of our farm's commercial endeavors.
